To calculate and print Form AR1000DC, Arkansas Certificate for Individuals with Disabilities:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Add States/Cities
.

Select one of the following:Resident
, Part-Year Resident
, or Nonresident
.

In Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select State Options and Payments
tab.

Make sure Option 1
for Arkansas isn't selected.

In Organizer
, select States
, then Arkansas
.

Select Credits
, then go to Phenylketonuria Disorder and Other Metabolic Disorders Credit
section.

Enter the data entry.

Do a full recompute, then print.
