Form 3582 print requirements

To print Form 3582, California Payment Voucher for Individual e-filed Returns:

Go to the Organizer
, E-file
, then the Enable/Create
folder.

On the Return
tab, make sure California
, field B
is marked for Enable
.

Go to the Organizer
, then the State
folder.

Go to the Common State
, then the Bank Information
folder.

In the Return
tab, make sure California
, field B
is not marked for Authorization to Debit Funds
.

Go to the Tax Forms
, States
, California
folder.

Go to the (Residency
), 3582 – E-file Payment Voucher
folder.

Go to the bottom of the form, there must be a payment amount on the form.

Run a full compute and print the return.

To force print the return:

Go to the Organizer
, State
, then the California
folder.

Go to the Return Options
folder.

Go down to the Print Options
section and mark the field Form 3582
.

Also, make sure the field for Form 3582
isn’t selected in Print Suppression
section.

Run a full compute and print the return.
