To print Form DR 0104X, Colorado Amended Colorado Individual Income Tax Return:
  1. Go to

  2. For

    .
  3. Go to the
    Amended Return

     folder.
  4. In the
    Mandatory Information
     section, select something other than
    Not Applicable
    .
  5. Go to the
    Print Options
     section and select something other than
    Not Applicable
    .
  6. Run a full compute and print the return.
