Go to Organizer

, and then Add States/Cities

for Connecticut.

Go to the Payments and Extensions
folder and select Extensions
.

On the State Options and Payments
tab select Option 3

, or 5
.

Form CT-1040WH is only used if there are more than 7 sources of CT withholding.

Do a full recompute, then print.
