Form 500-UET print requirements

To print Form 500-UET, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals/Fiduciary for Georgia the following would need to be selected.

Go to Organizer
, Payments and Extensions
, then select Extensions
.

At the top of the page, select the State Options and Payments
tab.

For Georgia, select option 2-Extension only, alpha only
.

Follow these steps after.

Go to Organizer
, States
, then select the Georgia
folder.

Then select Amended

Return
.

Either amended return option
is not selected, or amended return with complete return print options
is selected.

worksheet is greater than 0.

Follow these steps after

Go to Organizer
, States
, then select Georgia
folder.

Select Penalties and Interest
. Make sure the Suppress computations and do not print
option is not selected.

You could also do the following instead:

Select Basic Return Information
