Form IT-560 print requirements
To print Form IT-560, Individual and Fiduciary Payment Voucher for Georgia, either the extension option is selected, or the extension option isn't alpha only.
- Go toOrganizer,Paymentsand Extensions, then selectExtensions.
- At the top of the page, select theState Options and Paymentstab.

exists on Form IT-560
