Form K-40V print requirements

To calculate and print Kansas Form K-40V – Extension Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer
, and select the Enable/Create and Return
tab.

Enable e-file
must be turned on.

Select the Enable
checkbox for Row 22
for Kansas
.

Go to Tax Forms
, select States
, then Kansas
.

Select Part-year Resident/Nonresident
, K-40 – Income Tax Return
, Page 2
.

A payment amount must exist on the payment amount line.

Do a full recompute, then print.
