To print Schedule INC, Massachusetts Form W-2 and 1099 Information:

Make sure the necessary source documents are present:

In the Organizer
, go to States
, then Massachusetts
.

Select MA Schedule Inc
.

Make sure there is at least one entered Form W-2
, Form W-2G
, or 1099R
here.

Make sure the form is populated:

In Tax Forms
, go to States
, Massachusetts
, then Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select Sch INC - W-2 and 1099 Info
.

Make sure there is an amount or NONE in the column B total
field.

Do a full recompute, then print.
