Form CF-1040-ES print requirements

To print, and calculate Michigan Cities Form CF-1040-ES:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    General Information
    . Make a selection in each of the following fields:
    • Residency Status (Mandatory)
    • City in which income was earned (Mandatory)
  2. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Payments and Extensions
    Extensions
    State Options and Payments
     tab and make sure
    Michigan
     is marked as
    5 - Not applicable (Default)
    .
  3. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    Extension Information
     and make sure there's no Extension option selected.
  4. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    Michigan Cities
    entry name
    Estimated Tax
    Estimated Tax
     section and make sure the
    Estimate Option
     is not marked as
    Suppress compute and print
    .
  5. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    States
    Common State
    Estimates
    Estimate Options
     tab and mark the
    Force print of estimated tax worksheet for applicable jurisdictions
     checkbox.
  6. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    States
    Common State
    Estimates
    Estimate Options
     tab and make sure the
    Suppress print if estimated tax is less than threshold
     checkbox is cleared.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
