To print Form CF-1040 Excludible Income and Adjustment Schedules.

Go to the Organizer
, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangibles
, then select Michigan Cities
.

Select Michigan Cities
, then select Name of city
.

Select General Information
and select the City in which income was earned (Mandatory)
.

Go to Amended Return
.

Clear the Amended
checkbox.

Go to the Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
, then select Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

Clear option 1
or 2
so you don’t print the extension only.

Do a full recompute, then print.
