To print Form CF-100 Exemptions Schedule.

Go to the Organizer
, select Cities, Counties, Intangibles, Tangibles
, then select Michigan Cities
.

Select Michigan Cities
, then select Name of city
.

Select General Information
, then select the City in which income was earned (Mandatory)
.

Go to Amended Return
.

Clear the Amended
checkbox.

Go to the Organizer
and select Payments and Extensions
, then select Extensions
.

Select State Options and Payments
.

Clear option 1
or 2
so you don’t print the extension only.

Do a full recompute, then print.
