Form 5209 print requirements

To print Form 5209, Detroit Extension Application:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Cities
    Counties
    Intangibles
    Tangible
    .
  2. Select
    Michigan Cities
    , then go to
    Michigan Cities
    Detroit
    General Information
    .
  3. Select
    Detroit
     from the
    City in which income was earned
     dropdown.
  4. Verify extension configuration:
    1. Option A: In
      Organizer
      , go to
      Payments and Extensions
      Extensions
      State Options and Payments
      Extension Tax Options
      , and select any option.
    2. Option B: In
      Organizer
      , go to
      Estimate and Extension Package
      Estimate and Extension Package Selection Options
      , and make sure any
      Batch Extension
       is selected (don't select
      Do Not Generate Batch Package
      ).
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
