Form MI-1040H print requirements

To print form MI-1040H, Michigan Schedule of Apportionment:
  1. Make sure that Federal Schedule C and/or Schedule K-1 are populated:
    1. To populate Schedule C:
      1. Go to
        Organizer
        Income
        Business Income
        .
      2. Select
        Add new Business Name
        .
      3. Select the business name you created and enter the necessary information.
    2. To populate Schedule K-1:
      1. Go to
        Organizer
        Income
        Schedule K-1
        .
      2. Select
        Add new Schedule K-1 Name
        .
      3. Select the K-1 name you created and enter the necessary information.
  2. Make sure there is business income reported on the form:
    1. Go to
      Tax Forms
      States
      Michigan
      . Select
      Resident
       or
      Part-year Resident/Nonresident
      .
    2. Go to
      MI-1040H – Apportionment
       and select a business entity.
    3. Make sure there is an amount or
      NONE
       entered on
      Line 10
      .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, make sure the correct extension option is selected:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Payments and Extensions
    Extensions
    .
  2. Go to the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Make sure that
    option 1
     or
    option 2
     isn't selected for
    Michigan
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
