Form MI-1040V print requirements
To print form MI-1040V, Michigan Individual Income Tax Payment Voucher:
- Make sure the e-file is enabled for Michigan:
- Go to .
- Go to theReturntab.
- In the row forMichigan, make sure theENABLEcheckbox is marked in Column B.
- Make sure there is a payment amount populated on the form:
- Go to . SelectResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectMI-1040V - E-file Payment Voucher.
- Make sure there is an amount orNONEentered in theWRITE PAYMENT AMOUNT HEREfield.
- Make sure that direct debit is not enabled:
- Go to .
- Go to theReturntab.
- In the row forMichigan, make sure theAUTHORIZATION TO DEBIT FUNDScheckbox in column B is cleared.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, make sure the correct extension option is selected:
- Go to .
- Go to theState Options and Paymentstab.
- Make sure thatoption 1oroption 2isn't selected forMichigan.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
