To print form MI-1310, Michigan Claim for Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer:
- Make sure that the print option is enabled:

- Make sure there is a date of death entered on the form:

- SelectTaxpayer Information.
- Go to theTaxpayer Informationsection.
- Enter aDate of deathfor theTaxpayerorSpouse.
- Make sure there is a tax refund greater than 0:
- Go to . SelectResidentorPart-year Resident/Nonresident.
- SelectMI-1040 - Income Tax Return.
- Go to thePage 3tab.
- Make sure there is an amount greater than 0 onLine 37.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, make sure the correct extension option is selected:

- Make sureoption 1oroption 2isn't selected forMichigan.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
