Form NJ-8879 print requirements

To print form NJ-8879, New Jersey e-file Signature Authorization:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    E-file
    , and
    Enable/
    Create
    .
  2. Select
    Form NJ-8879
     as the
    SIGNATURE FORM
    OPTION
     on
    Column J
     of
    Row 44
    .
  3. In the same location, make sure you have a checkmark in the checkbox on
    Column B
     to
    ENABLE
     the e-file.
  4. If the form is not printing, switch to the Extension tab at the bottom and ensure the extension is not enabled with a checkmark in
    Column B
     of
    Row 44
    .
