In Organizer, select States
, then Add States/Cities

Select R – Resident
for New York.

Select States
, then New York
.

Select Amended Return
.

In the Origin of Tax Data (Mandatory)
section, make sure there's a selection made other than
Do not generate Form IT-201-X or IT-203-X
.

In the IT-201-X / IT-203-X Print Options
section, select Print IT-201-X or IT-203-X and complete New York return
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then New York
.

Select IT-204-LL Filing Fee Payment Form
, then Return Options
.

Clear the checkbox Print Form(s) IT-204-LL only (without entire New York income tax return)
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
