In Organizer
, select States
, then Add States/Cities

Select R – Resident
for New York.

Select Tax Forms
, then States
, then New York
, then Resident
.

Select Credit Forms
, then IT-213 - Empire State Child Credit
, then the Page 2
tab.

Make sure there is an amount or NONE in line 10
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
