Form 538-H print requirements

To print Form 538-H, Claim for Credit or Refund of Property Tax.

Go to Organizer
, States
and select States/Cities
.

State Residency must be selected as R for Oklahoma.

Then go to Tax Forms
, States
and select Oklahoma
.

Then select 538-H – Property Tax Refund or Credit
.

Part 1: Qualification Questions, question B or C and question D must be yes.

An amount greater than 0 must be present on line 14.

Go to Organizer

and select Oklahoma

Then select Return Options
and go to the section Print Options
.

Then select Force Print Form 538-H
.
