Form 538-S print requirements

To print form 538-S, Oklahoma Claim for Credit/Refund of Sales Tax:

Make sure you select the correct residency:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Add States/Cities
.

Select Oklahoma
and make sure R – Resident
is selected.

Make sure the form is populated:

In Tax Forms
, select States
, then Oklahoma
, then Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select 538-S - Sales Tax Credit or Refund
.

Select the Page 2
tab.

Make sure there is an amount greater than 0 in line 15
.

Do a full recompute and then print.

If there is no amount in line 15 of the form, make sure the force print option is enabled:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Oklahoma
.

Select Return Options
.

In the Print Options
section make sure the Force print Form 538-S
checkbox is checked.
