Form OW-8-P print requirements

To print form OW-8-P, Oklahoma Underpayment of Estimated Tax Worksheet:

In
Organizer
, select States
, then Oklahoma
.

Select Penalties and Interest
, then the Penalties and Interest
tab.

In the Option to Compute and Print Underpayment Penalty
section, the following options are important for printing the form:

If you select Add penalty to tax and print form, if required or a penalty is due (Default)
, you need to make sure the form is populated.

In Tax Forms
, select States
, then Oklahoma
, then Resident
or Part-year Resident/Nonresident
.

Select OW-8-P - Underpayment Penalty
.

On the Page 1
tab, make sure there's an amount in line 8.

If you select Always print form, but do not add penalty
or Always print form and add penalty
, the form will print even if it's blank.

If you select Always print form and add penalty
, the form won't print.

Do a full recompute, then print.
