Form SC 1040 with Schedule NR print requirements
To file a South Carolina composite return using Form SC-1040. Select the
Composite
checkbox and attach Schedule NR. If a nonresident shareholder is not included in the S corporation’s composite return, Form SC1120S-WH will be generated instead.To print Form SC 1040 with Schedule NR:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenSouth Carolina.
- SelectShareholder Informationthen the nonresident shareholder's name.
- On theShareholder Infoscreen, select theInclude on Composite return (Nonresident Only)checkbox.
- Enter any additional information on this screen as needed. The amounts transfer from each of the Shareholders Schedule SC-K worksheet to the Schedule NR worksheet for each Nonresident shareholder.
- SelectSouth Carolina, thenCompositeand selectComposite Return Information.
- Enter the data here to complete the SC1040 Composite Return.
- Do a full recompute and then print.
