Select Sch TC - Tax Credits
, then Sch TC-40 - Ethanol or Biodiesel

Make sure line 3 is populated.

Select Organizer
, then States
, then South Carolina
.

Select Credits
, then TC Credits
.

Select Ethanol or Biodiesel
, then Add new Ethanol or Biodiesel entry
.

In the TC-40 Ethanol or Biodiesel Production Credit
section, update the data on the line Credit allocated by the state energy office
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
