To print, and calculate Utah Form TC-131, Application for Refund of Income Tax Withheld:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , and select
    States
    , then
    Utah
    .
  2. Select
    Deceased Refund Claim Statement
    .
  3. In the
    Check One (Mandatory)
     section, check one of the 2 checkboxes.
  4. Do a Full Recompute and create a new print.
