Form TC-831 print requirements

To print and calculate Utah Form TC-831, Utah State Tax Commission:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    ,
    Utah
    , and
    E-File
    .
  2. Select
    Additional Information
    , inside the
    E-File OPT Out
     section, check the checkbox for
    Taxpayer objects to filing electronically or using bar code technology
     and provide a reason.
  3. Do a full recompute and create a new print.
