Form VA-8453 print requirements

To print Form VA-8453, Virginia Individual Income Tax Declaration for Electronic Filing:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Payments and Extensions
    Extension
    .
  2. Select the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. For
    Virginia
    , select
    1- Extension only, alpha and numeric entries
     or
    5- Not applicable (Default)
    .
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Virginia
    .
  5. Go to
    Special Nonres Claim for Tax Withheld
    . Make sure this section doesn’t have any information or selections made.
  6. Go to
    Organizer
    E-File
    Enable/Create
    .
  7. Go to
    Column J (Signature Form Option)
    .
  8. Select
    Form VA-8453
     from the dropdown.
  9. Do a full recompute, then print.
