Offset expenses that exceed ordinary income against distributive gains
We don't distribute excess deductions for a non-final year, because these are normally lost. There is no tax benefit. In certain circumstances, you might be able to distribute them.
- In theOrganizer, selectGeneral Information.
- SelectReturn and Print Options - Irrevocable, then theCompute Optionstab.
- Select option[210]to treat this as a distribution.
- Select option[205]to offset expenses against distributive gains last.
