To ensure information is included in XML file for Form 941P-ME, Schedule 2P, and Schedule 3P the following form and field names must be included in the *.PX file for every partner you are importing:

Field Name: EXEMPTB
Form Name: ORGPTRNAME
Field Name: EXEMPTC

New York

To activate the 204-IP or 204-CP folder, use: Form name: D SCHEDULE K-1/ Field name: PTR ENTITY TYPE

Pennsylvania

To populate the entity type for Pennsylvania use: Form name: D SCHEDULE K-1/ Field name: PTR ENTITY TYPE

Wisconsin

To ensure Wisconsin credits detail on Schedule 3K-1, Page 2, line 15, is included in the XML file, the descriptions that are included in the import file (*.PX) for credits must be an exact match of the descriptions located in the Organizer drop-down list. Navigate to the Organizer drop-down and export these descriptions. Go to Organizer, States, then Wisconsin, Credits, Credit Types.

If the descriptions are not an exact match, the data will not be included in the XML file
