Schedule K-3 print requirements

To print Schedule K-3, Federal Partner's Share of Income, Deductions, Credits, etc.-International:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select the
    Foreign Information
     folder.
  2. Select
    Ptr Distributive Share-International
    , then the
    K-2, K-3 Activation and General Info
     folder.
  3. Select the
    Activate Schedules K-2 and K-3 for 1065 returns
     checkbox .
  4. Make sure the
    Schedule K-3
     has an amount on the form.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print the return.
note
Schedule K-3 requires populated information to print. There's no option to print blank schedules. Ensure the necessary data is entered.
Schedule K-3 won't print if questions are answered
No
 on Page 1, Item E.
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    Schedule K-3 - Partner International
    [partner name]
    Schedule K-3, Page 1
    .
  2. Double check Item E Questions 1-10. If all are answered
    No
    , the partner isn't included in the XML.
  3. To force print Schedule K-3, Page 1 when all parts don't apply and the schedule isn't suppressed, go to
    Organizer
    Foreign Information
    Ptr Distributive Share-International
    Print and Compute Options
     and configure the appropriate print settings.
If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , select the
    Foreign Information
     folder.
  2. Select
    Ptr Distributive Share-International
    , then the
    Print and Compute Options
     folder.
  3. Make sure the
    Suppress ALL Schedule K-3 Print (Used by print and xml e-file)
     checkbox isn't selected.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print the return.

To print Schedule K-3, Part II, Section 1 Country Detail:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Foreign Information
    Ptr Distributive Share-International
    Print and Compute Options
    Print Options - Federal Schedules K-2 and K-3, Part II, Section 1 Country Detail
    .
  2. Select
    Print on supplemental statement
    .
