Form 3804 print requirements

To print the Schedule 3804, California Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax Calculation:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    , followed by
    States
    , and then select
    California
    .
  2. Go to
    PTE Elective Tax
    , followed by
    3804
    , and then select the
    3804, Side 1
     tab.
  3. In the
    Part I Elective Tax
     section, enter an amount for the following lines:
    1. 1
    2. 3
  4. Do a full recompute and print the return.
If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , followed by
    States
    , then select
    California
    .
  2. Go to
    Return Options
    , then select the
    Print Options
    .
  3. On the
    Print Options
     tab, go down to the
    Print Suppression
     section.
  4. Make sure you clear the checkbox for form
    3804
    .
