To print the schedule 3885P, California Depreciation and Amortization:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , followed by
    Ordinary Income and Deductions
    , then select
    Depreciation and Amortization
    .
  2. Go to
    [name]
    , then select
    Asset Detail
    .
  3. Enter assets with
    deprecation
    ,
    section 179
     and
    amortization
    .
  4. Go to the
    Organizer
    , followed by
    States
    , then select
    California
    .
  5. Go to
    General Information
    .
  6. In the
    LLC Return
     section make sure you clear the
    Generate Form 568 California LLC return
     checkbox.
  7. If the federal entity is an LLC, check the
    Do not generate Form 568 California LLC return when the Federal entity is LLC
     checkbox.
  8. Do a full recompute and print the return.
