Form 568 filing instructions print requirements

Use the following steps to print the filing instructions for Form 568.
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    folder, and select
    States
     and
    California
    .
  2. Go to the
    General Information
    tab, and select
    Generate Form 568 California LLC return
    .
  3. Make sure the
    Letters and Filing Instructions
     aren't suppressed.
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    Letters and Filing Instructions
    , and select
    General Options
    .
  5. Select
    Which Letters You Wish to Print (Mandatory)
    , and choose an option other than
    Suppress All Letters
    .
  6. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    State E-file
    .
  7. Select
    Enable/Create Returns
    , and uncheck
    Enable
     for
    California
     row.
  8. Run a full recompute.
  9. Go to
    Print Preview
    , and select
    All State and City Returns
    .
  10. Select
    Preview
    .
note
The filing instructions will print only under
All State and City Returns
, not the individual state. Paper instructions won’t be printed when electronically filed.
