To print schedule 8453-LLC, California E-file Return Authorization for Limited Liability Companies:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , then select
    States
    .
  2. Go to
    States E-file
    , then select
    Enable
    /
    Create Returns
    .
  3. Select
    Column C
     for
    California
    .
  4. Go to the
    Organizer
    , followed by
    States
    , then select
    California
    .
  5. Go to
    General Information
    .
  6. In the
    LLC Return
     section, mark the
    Generate Form 568 California LLC return
     checkbox.
  7. Clear the
    Do not generate Form 568 California LLC return when the Federal entity is LLC
     checkbox.
  8. Do a full recompute and print the return.
