     and select
    Print Options
    .
  3. Go to the
    Print Options
     tab.
  4. In the
    Print Options
     section, clear the checkbox for

    ,

    , and

    ; or
    Form 568
    , sides
    1
    ,
    2
    ,
    3
    , and
    7
     only.
  5. Do a full recompute and print the return.
