To print schedule R, California Apportionment and Allocation of Income:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    , followed by
    States
    , then select
    California
    .
  2. Go to

     or
    568
    .
  3. Go to
    Sch R
    , then
    Sch R-Apportionment and Allocation
    .
  4. Go to the
    Sch R
    ,
    Side 3 Part A
     tab.
  5. Line
    18a
     needs to have information.
  6. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    , then
    California
    .
  7. Then go to
    565
     or
    568
    .
  8. If you are doing the
    565
    , go to the
    565, side 3
     tab.
  9. Go to question
    W
     and select
    Yes
    .
  10. If you are doing the
    568
    , go to the
    568, side 2
    tab.
  11. Go to question
    M(1)
     and select
    Yes
    .
  12. Do a full recompute and print the return.
If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , followed by
    States
    , then select
    California
    .
  2. Go to
    Return Options
    , then select
    Print Options
    .
  3. In the
    Print Options
     tab, go to the
    Print Suppression
     section.
  4. Clear the
    Schedule R and supporting schedules
     checkbox.
