Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI EXT print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI EXT Application for Extension of Time to File Connecticut Composite Income Tax Return and Addendum:
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    Common State
    .
  2. Open
    General Information
     and select
    Basic Return Information
    .
  3. Open
    Return Information
     tab.
  4. Find Column O and mark the checkbox
    Return is on Extension
     for Connecticut to print the form. If it needs to be suppressed, clear the
    Return is on Extension
     checkbox.
