To print the District of Columbia UBT Schedule B, Contributions and Gifts:

In Organizer, select States
, then State and City Activation
.

To turn on District of Columbia UBT
, select it in column B for State Activation
.

Do a full recompute and then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

Go to Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
and make sure DC UBT
is cleared.

Do a full recompute and then print.
