Form IL-1000-E print requirements

To calculate and print Form IL-100-E, Illinois Certificate of Exemption for Pass-through Withholding:

In Organizer
, select Partner Information
, then Partner by Partner Data
.

Select the partner name, then Partner Information
.

In the State Partner Information
tab, go to the Illinois
section.

Select Print Form IL-1000-E for this partner (Do NOT check for Individuals)
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

note

Form IL-1000-E will NOT print for partners with entity type as “Individual”

If Form IL-1000-E doesn’t print, check if it’s suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
, then go to the Alabama – Michigan
section.

Make sure Illinois State Forms
column isn’t selected.

Do a full recompute, then print.
