To generate and print Schedule TDS, Massachusetts Taxpayer Disclosure Statement:

    States
    Massachusetts
    .
  2. Then go to the
    Taxpayer Disclosure Statement
     folder.
  3. Add a new
    Taxpayer Disclosure Statement
    and make sure all details are completed.
  4. Do a full recompute and print the return.
