To print form 4572, Michigan Business Tax Charitable Contribution Credits:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    Michigan
    , then the
    4572, MBT Charitable Contribution Credit
     folder.
  2. Make sure there is an amount or NONE on at least one of these lines:
    1. Line 5.
    2. Line 9.
    3. Line 14.
    4. Line 19.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
