To print or calculate Form 84-132 (Sch K-1):
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Mississippi
    .
  2. Select
    Return Options
     and go to the
    Compute Options
     section.
  3. For
    Apportionment Method
    , select the option
    Default to 100%
    .
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    Partner Name
    .
  5. Select
    Partner Information
     and go to the
    Partner Information
     tab.
  6. For
    Partner #
    , enter the
    partner number
    ,
    Name
    , and
    Address
    .
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    . In the
    State Forms
     column and the
    Schedule K-1/K-1 Equiv
     column, go to the
    Mississippi
     line and ensure the checkbox is clear.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Mississippi
    .
  4. Select
    Return Options
    , then go to the
    Print Suppression
     section and ensure the
    Schedule K-1
     checkbox is clear.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
