Form RPD-41096 print requirements

To calculate and print Form RPD-41096, New Mexico Application for Extension of Time to File:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Under Return Information
tab, mark Return on Extension
under column O for New Mexico.

Do a full recompute, then print.

Select Estimates and Extensions
, then Estimates and Extensions
.

Under the Extension
tab, mark Return on Extension
for New Mexico.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If Form RPD-41096 isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
, then scroll to the Minnesota – Wisconsin
section.

Make sure New Mexico Extensions
column is not checked.

Do a full recompute, then print.
