Form RPD-41359 print requirements
To calculate and print Form RPD-41359, New Mexico Annual Statement of Pass-Through Entity Withholding:
- Partner Number must be entered.
- InOrganizer, selectPartner Information, thenPartner by Partner Data.
- Select name of the partner, thenPartner Informationtab.
- Enter thePartner # (Mandatory).
- One of the options to complete Form RPD-41359 must be selected.
- InOrganizer, selectPartner Information, thenPartner by Partner Data.
- Select name of the partner, thenStatePartner Informationtab.
- UnderNew Mexicosection, markForm RPD-41359 should be completed, orForm RPD-41359 includes withholding on Form PTE, line 13.
- The partner must be a non-resident partner.
- There must be a New Mexico withholding amount present.
- InTax Forms, selectStates, thenNew Mexico.
- SelectRPD-41359, then partner name.
- Line 2, New Mexico tax withheld.
It is possible to print only one partner per page for K-1 purposes:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenNew Mexico.
- SelectReturn Options, then scroll down toPrint Optionssection.
- MarkForm RPD-41359 – print one partner per page.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If Form RPD-41359 isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppression, then scroll to theMinnesota – Wisconsinsection.
- Make sure New MexicoState Formscolumn is not checked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
