Form OC2 print requirements

Generate, complete, and print Form OC2, Oregon Composite Return Tax Calculation for C Corporation Owners.
The following conditions must be met before Form OC2 generates:
  • The partner must be a non-resident of Oregon.
  • The composite return must be activated for each necessary non-resident partner.
The Owner Type field determines whether a partner appears on Form OC1 (Individual, Estate, or Trust) or Form OC2 (C Corporation).
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    [Partner Name]
    State of Residency
    . Confirm the partner is a non-resident of Oregon.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    [Partner Name]
    State Partner Information
    . Confirm the composite return is activated for the partner.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Oregon
    Composite Return
    Non-Resident Partners
    [Partner Name]
    .
  4. Complete the following fields, with
    Owner Type
    being mandatory:
    • Owner Type
      — select
      C Corporation
      to include the partner on Form OC2
    • Tax Type
    • Filing Status
  5. Enter any required overrides. To access override information for individual partner information and totals, double-click the partner's name to open the yellow pages. Override fields are found in the yellow pages following Form OC2.
  6. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Oregon
    Composite Return
    General Information
    Print Oregon Composite Return
    .
  7. Optional: To activate the Oregon Composite Payment Transfer Request, go to
    Organizer
    States
    Oregon
    Composite Return
    Non-Resident Partners
    . Mark the
    Checked to not include shareholder in composite filing
    checkbox.
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
