BIRT Extension print requirements
To calculate, print, or suppress Philadelphia BIRT Extension Payment Voucher.

.- Go to theOrganizerthen theStatesfolder.
- Select theCommon Statesfolder thenEstimates and Extensionsfolder.
- SelectEstimates and Extensionsand locate the line for Philadelphia BIRT.
- Check column B,RETURN ON EXTENSION.
Make sure that
On Extension
is also marked on the Philadelphia side.- Go to theOrganizerthen theCities and Intangiblesfolder.
- Select thePhiladelphiafolder and thenBIRT Return Options.
- On the Compute Options section, box forReturn on extensionmust be checked.
Tax due amount must be populated.
- Go to theOrganizerthen theCities and Intangiblesfolder.
- Select thePhiladelphiafolder and thenBIRT/BIRT-EZ Information.
- TheBIRT Estimated Paymentline must be populated.
Philadelphia forms or extension aren't suppressed.
- Go to theOrganizerthen theStatesfolder.
- Select theCommon Statesfolder thenPrint Suppression.
- On the 1st columnState Forms, and third columnExtensions, review that the checkbox is clear forPhiladelphia.
Print isn't suppressed.
- Go to theOrganizerthen theCities and Intangiblesfolder.
- Select thePhiladelphiafolder and thenBIRT Return Options.
- On thePrint Suppressionsection, make that the box forForm BIRT/BIRT-EZ and related formsisn't checked.
