In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
, then General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Filling Status
tab, then in Column E
select the Composite Return
checkbox.

Select States
, then Rhode Island
, then Composite Return
.

Select the Payment Information
tab, then go to the Estimated Tax Payments
(Form RI 1040C-ES
) section.

Enter an amount for Payment Amounts
.

Select States
, then Rhode Island
, then Return Options
.

Go to the Print Suppression
section and make sure RI-1040C-ES
is cleared.

Do a full recompute and then print.
