Form 1120 - File an extension with a different payment method

Follow these steps to use a payment method other than ACH.
Authorization to debit funds.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Bank Information
    Extension Debit
    .
  2. Select a method besides
    ACH
     in
    Column C
    .
  3. Clear the
    Authorization to Debit Funds
     checkbox and make sure you remove any bank information.

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Estimates and Extensions
    Extension Detail
    Texas
    .
  2. Select the
    Type of Extension
     and
    Payment of Tax During Preceding Tax Year (Mandatory)
    .
  3. Enter the date of the extension.
Enter the payment amount.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Estimates and Extensions
    Estimates and Extensions
    Extension
    .
  2. Mark the
    On Extension
     checkbox.
  3. Enter a payment amount in
    Column C
    .
Additional Information.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    State Franchise Tax
    Texas Franchise
    E-file Extension
    Additional Information
    .
  2. Enter the
    Webfile number
    and the
    Total revenue on latest return
    .
  3. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Texas
    05-164, Extension Request
     and space through the payment amount.
Create the extension. If you're making a payment through EFT or TEXNET, go to the state's website and make a payment through Webfile or TEXNET.
If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed by going to
Organizer

Common State
Print Options
Print Suppression
Suppression SC-Cities
