Form 05-166 print requirements

Refer to the following print requirements to print Form 05-166.

To calculate and print Texas form 05-166 Affiliate Schedule:

Before you begin, make sure all severe diagnostics are cleared.

Select Organizer
, States
, then Texas
.

Select Combined Return Information
then Affiliate Details
.

Enter the parent name or affiliate details, including Reporting end
and Reporting begin
dates.

Select Organizer
, States
, Texas
, then General Information
.

In the General Information
section, make sure the Combined Report
checkbox is not marked.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

Select Organizer
, States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
and make sure the checkbox in the State Forms
column is cleared for Texas
