Form TC-65, Schedule A print requirements

To calculate and print Form TC-65 Schedule A, Utah Taxable Income for Pass-through Entity Taxpayers, there must be an amount present on line 14, Utah Apportionable income/loss.
If Form TC-65 Schedule A isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then scroll to
    Minnesota – Wisconsin
     section.
  3. Make sure Utah
    State Forms
     column isn’t marked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
