Form TC-65, Schedule N print requirements

Generate and print Form TC-65 Schedule N, Utah Pass-through Entity Withholding Tax.

Schedule N generates when the following conditions are met:

The partner is not a Resident
and Individual
.

The partner is not selected as Exempt Organization
as a type of entity.

Schedule N is system-generated. No manual data entry is required in the Organizer to complete the form.

If Form TC-65 Schedule N doesn't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

In the Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
, then go to the Minnesota – Wisconsin
section.

Make sure the Utah State Forms
column is cleared.

In the Organizer, select States
, then Utah
.

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression
section.

Make sure Schedule N
is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
